XNAT Neurogroup (BIIG)

The main objective of this platform is facilitating and centralizing the storage of images in DICOM format, acquired anywhere in the world, of projects in which the Medical Imaging Laboratory (LIM), IISGM, is a collaborator.

This platform includes an application to anonymize subject identity information. Uploaded DICOMs that have not been anonymized yet are stripped of all subjects identity information during the upload process.

This results in a structured database of anonymized DICOM images organized by projects.

All images are stored on a secure server at the LIM and can only be accessed by a restricted number of LIM-personnel who have permission to do so.
